Loved that the place was clean and staff and location were perfect. Had a wonderful stay during our visit and would stay here again.

Clean hotel with a friendly reception. Plentiful breakfasts, I loved breads, cereal, toast, yogurt and muffins. This accommodation had a very central setting quite close to station. Comfortable place for exploring Lucerne.

Liked my very pleasant stay at best hotel. Generally everything was very clean, nonetheless the bathroom was quite small. I was met by especially helpful and attentive staff at the reception. The continental breakfast was generous and more than adequate with colorful eggs and good coffee.

All in all a well-maintained hotel and nice stay. Staff was informative, rooms are functional, and I loved ideal location. The breakfast was fine, variety of choice. Location adjacent to bus stop, center and the train station. Again, I went to see Spreuer Bridge nearby.

This is fantastic central hotel with very good staff and rooms. Kindness from the whole staff. Positioned in the nice enough area, really close to center, all the Pilatusstrasse shops...

It's stunningly beautiful place to stay 1 mile away from Prime.

The hotel was delightful, the bed was great. I loved well priced room with a large bathroom. Staff was well managed, individual service. Super central location, not too far from lake lucerne.

I got very good value for money at this hotel. The staff was qualified, the continental breakfast was tasty. Bed was big, room was big size and normal double. Friendly service was provided too. Modest venue, 10 minutes' walk from the downtown.

Extremely comfy beds and Wi-Fi, television and terrace. I liked the hotel, it has a super staff. The restaurant is bright, perfect service.

It was very central and close to Natur-Museum Luzern.

This really cute hotel was very good value for money as contrasted with other options. Stunning location and obliging staff were a definite plus. The beach there was good, the property was located near the shore. Hotel was neat.

The venue was fairly clean, offered cool staff and rooms. Based in a pretty comfortable area. Apart from that, an interactive transport museum was 5 minutes away by driving. Decent view of mountain...

Absolutely lovely and pretty clean place, everything was perfectly fine. Yogurt, cereal and slices of fresh bread were absolutely delicious and overall there was lots of food. Its staff was efficient & cooperative. Its location was not bad not far from main station.

The location of the hotel was pretty decent, the staff were more than helpful, we loved an excellent experience. Guest room was neat, superb, with bright bathroom. Breakfast was super good, breads, cereal and yogurt - all delicious. Absolutely stunning views and beautiful garden. What's mote - there was strong internet.

Really really nice stay in a cozy hotel. Location and staff are pleasant, I loved comfy bed. You can have breads, yogurt and cereals with your breakfast if you want to.
